I have my Dream Home ;)

Well my family did not win the HGTV.com Dream Home. My kids really liked it, and it would have given us a big break from all the trials we have had over the past several years and got us out of financial problems.

It's amazing at how many people were litterlly angry they didnt win on those message boards. There is even rumors that the woman who won might be inellgible as she works for Bissel one of the sponsers for the home. She did seem kinda less than shocked. But I do not know how I would have acted either, I would have probably said wait til I get my 3 year old dressed and the room cleaned before this goes on TV, sorry I have a cold, did I get snot on the camera?

For me it would have been beyond my means, and I am not going to be mad about it. As long as I have you with me and my children, I have a home. I just gave my last dollar bill to someone who came to the door tonite asking for donations for a boy with cancer. Jacob was crying because he said he wanted the dollar for candy, so I tried to ask him and make him think was was more important, I said you have candy all the time, that little boy might die, if that dollar helps him get better what do you want? He replied, I want candy. So I told him to wait a few days and he would get something better than candy.
